The Green Diamond Strategic Advisory, Investor Preparation, & Execution Package is designed for founders, entrepreneurs, and business owners who need both multi-disciplinary, comprehensive advisory support AND hands-on execution. 

This up-to-25-hour package ensures you are thoroughly prepared to meet with investors, with every essential document and presentation refined and ready to impress. Plus, advisory support to help ensure you have the proper skill set to shine like a green diamond.

We will be working with you to develop the following components:

• Minimal Investment Offering:
  • Defining and preparing your minimum investment offering to attract potential investors.
• Legal Investment Documents Preparation:
  • Assisting in ensuring your legal team creates all necessary legal investment documents are ready and compliant.
• 1-Page Teaser / Executive Summary:
  • Crafting and refining a compelling 1-page teaser and executive summary that captures the essence of your business.
• Investor Pitch Deck Development:
  • Creating and polishing a detailed investor pitch deck that highlights your business’s value proposition and potential.
• General Business Deck:
  • Assisting in the creation of a general business deck that provides an overview of your company’s operations, market positioning, and growth plans.
• 2-Minute Pitch Video:
  • Guiding you on recording and self-producing a concise 2-minute pitch video to effectively communicate your business.
• Elevator Pitch (60-Second & 120-Second Commercials):
  • Helping you to develop and practice 60-second and 120-second elevator pitches that quickly convey your business concept and value.
• 10-Minute Mini-Presentation:
  • Working with you to create and rehearse a 10-minute mini-presentation to provide a comprehensive overview of your business to potential investors.
• Video Interview with a UCS Advisor:
  • Be interviewed by a UCS Advisor which will be recorded and uploaded on the UCS Advisors YouTube Channel and podcast feed.  Also, up to 4 short video clips will be created from the interview to give you extra content to share and promote your business
• Investor Data Room Setup:
  • Assisting you in setting up a proper investor data room to organize and store all essential documents, making them easily accessible to potential investors.
• Pitch Practice Sessions:
  • Conducting two full pitch practice sessions, which will be recorded, with the UCS Advisors team to refine and perfect your presentation skills.

*Also, includes our Investor Spheres of Influence and Email Hype Programs designed to teach you to find and reach investors in your network and extended network.

Once you become a Green Diamond, UCS will actively network with potential investors about your business opportunity.  PLUS, you will have access to a calendar of Investor Networking Events.

• Upfront payment for a 10% discount
• Available Payment plan: 50% down; 50% 35 days later

Refund Policy: Refunds are available up to 60 days from the date of the initial payment, provided the total payment has been received in full. For payments made via credit card, a 6% processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover processing costs.
